Those who work extensively with others need to be aware that our energy fields
need clearing and cleaning, as we pick up energies from others. I have given you some quick and easy aura cleaning ideas that
you can try out. I have used each one of these myself and have taught others to use them as well.
CALM and CLEAR your energies
The following exercises help you to slow down.
STANDING TREE
Stand near a tree. Be the tree. Drink in the wind. Let your roots hold you.
Feel safe and sturdy. Breathe. Be still. Experience being. "Wash" your energy
field with white light and picture all stuck energies being washed away. Intention moves energy.
LYING PRONE
Before sleep, relax your body, while keeping your mind open. Practice slipping
into areas between thought, the “mindless” moment where there are no words. Let go of any muscle tension. Practice
tightening the muscles and then releasing them to notice the difference. Pay special attention to the jaw and forehead area
which is usually tight.
WALKING MEDITATION
Mindfully count your inhales. Clear your mind while
exhaling. Walk slowly. Feel your footsteps upon the
ground. Breathe in the air. This is good for us
multi-taskers who can't sit still.
LISTEN
Listen and be aware of all sounds you hear. This increases awareness of many
things we miss when we are thinking too much.
I AM LOVE mantra
Imagine white light and love flowing into your crown and heart.
Feel this light flow. Fill with love. Hold a hand on your heart and send pink
light into your heart.
SEATED
Surround yourself with light.
Anchor your tail bone to the ground with giant roots.
Walk within the spiral of your mind.
Imagine as you get closer to the center, you are in connection with your subconscious
mind.
DRIFT
Let your mind drift, as if you are on a boat on a lake. Allow it to drift,
but do not dwell on any thoughts. Be the observer, not the problem solver, or solution person. JUST BE.
PERCEIVE
Hold a flower and notice all details. Observe all. Careful practice slows you
down and helps your dreams become more vivid.
SILENCE is GOLDEN
Spend a or hour where you cannot speak, read words, write words, or worry.
Practice several exercises. After the hour, record your results. Which exercises were easier for you, which ones were more
difficult. I'll admit, this one was VERY hard for me!
